Drawing from over 20 years of hands on experience working with large organisations across Europe, The Middle East and Asia Pacific, our team (originally from the Integrator and then Tech Industry) identified a common challenge: ensuring Security, Audiovisual and Information Technology projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, within budget, and with unwavering attention to detail, especially during critical handover phases.
This insight inspired us to build a dedicated team of specialists passionate about solving these real-world problems. Individuals in the Technology Industry are some of most creative and passionate people in the world, and Marcus Lambert our founder decided we can do even better together.
Today, our close-knit experts in Physical Security, Technical Security, Audio Visual, and IT Implementation work collaboratively to provide end-to-end solutions that go beyond expectations. Our Head Office
Stilo Professional Services operates from our head office in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
Located within the prestigious Marlow International, a striking landmark headquarters building set in 12 acres of secure, landscaped grounds. This Grade A office environment, home to leading multinational businesses, offers modern facilities and an inspiring professional setting that reflects our commitment to excellence.
We chose Marlow International for its strategic position in the Thames Valley, with excellent connectivity via the A404 to the M4 and M40 motorways, proximity to Heathrow Airport, and easy access to London, allowing us to serve clients efficiently across the UK and beyond while benefiting from Marlow's attractive, vibrant business community and high-quality surroundings.

Marcus Lambert
Managing Director
With a career spanning 20 years, rooted in hands-on technical delivery and a long standing family connection to the industry, Marcus brings both experience and personal ambition to the business he leads.
Having worked hard to achieve a First Degree in Broadcast Technologies, Marcus began his career in the broadcast and live events sector. Early roles included working with radio stations on outside broadcasts at West Ham Stadium, as well as serving as a Sound Controller for BBC Children in Need in Reading. These formative experiences helped shape his technical grounding, attention to detail, and ability to operate in high-pressure live environments.
Alongside his studying and broadcast work, Marcus was also gaining practical experience within the security industry. He worked part-time as an engineer for his father’s security company, before moving into a full-time role. This early exposure to real-world security systems, installations, and client requirements laid the foundation for his later career.
Marcus went on to spend eight years working directly for a well known global technology company, where he was part of their Global Security and Information Technology teams. In this role, he contributed to complex, enterprise-scale projects, developing a deep understanding of integrated security, IT infrastructure, and technology delivery at an international level. For a period of time Marcus was on the road more than he was at home.
Driven by what he describes as a lifetime ambition, Marcus ultimately chose to follow in the footsteps of both his father and grandfather by building something of his own. With Stilo Professional Services, he set out to apply his skills in an entrepreneurial way, offering organisations practical, senior-level expertise across security technology, AV, connectivity, and project delivery.
Today, Marcus leads Stilo with a strong emphasis on quality, professionalism, and measurable outcomes, establishing the consultancy as a trusted partner for organisations operating within complex data centre and corporate technology environments.
