Drawing from over 20 years of hands on experience working with large organisations across Europe, The Middle East and Asia Pacific, our team (originally from the Integrator and then Tech Industry) identified a common challenge: ensuring Security, Audiovisual and Information Technology projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, within budget, and with unwavering attention to detail, especially during critical handover phases.
This insight inspired us to build a dedicated team of specialists passionate about solving these real-world problems. Individuals in the Technology Industry are some of most creative and passionate people in the world, and Marcus Lambert our founder decided we can do even better together.
Today, our close-knit experts in Physical Security, Technical Security, Audio Visual, and IT Implementation work collaboratively to provide end-to-end solutions that go beyond expectations. Our Head Office
Stilo Professional Services operates from our head office in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
Located within the prestigious Marlow International, a striking landmark headquarters building set in 12 acres of secure, landscaped grounds. This Grade A office environment, home to leading multinational businesses, offers modern facilities and an inspiring professional setting that reflects our commitment to excellence.
We chose Marlow International for its strategic position in the Thames Valley, with excellent connectivity via the A404 to the M4 and M40 motorways, proximity to Heathrow Airport, and easy access to London, allowing us to serve clients efficiently across the UK and beyond while benefiting from Marlow's attractive, vibrant business community and high-quality surroundings.

With a career spanning over 20 years in hands-on technical delivery and a deep family connection to the industry, Marcus brings unmatched experience and personal drive to Stilo Professional Services, the business he founded to solve complex security, AV, connectivity, and project delivery challenges for organisations.
Marcus holds a First Degree in Broadcast Technologies and built his foundation through early roles in broadcast and live events, honing his technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Parallel to this, he gained practical expertise in the security sector, starting part-time with his father’s company before transitioning to full-time engineering, where he mastered real-world systems, installations, and client needs.
He then spent eight years at a leading global technology company, contributing to enterprise-scale projects in global security and IT infrastructure, developing a profound understanding of integrated technologies and international delivery, often on the road more than at home.
Fulfilling a lifelong ambition inspired by his father and grandfather, Marcus launched Stilo to deliver senior-level, entrepreneurial expertise.
Today, he leads the consultancy with a focus on quality, professionalism, and measurable results, making it a trusted partner for Data Centres and corporate environments facing intricate technology issues.
