The Role

Stilo Professional Services is seeking a highly organised Projects Administrator & Coordinator to support the successful delivery of complex security, AV, and connectivity projects.


Working closely with project managers, engineers, and senior consultants, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are well coordinated, accurately documented, and efficiently administered from initiation through to completion.


This is an office-based role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The Role

Stilo Professional Services is seeking an experienced Security Systems Review Consultant to support a short-term project involving the post-delivery review of completed security system installations.


This temporary, project-based role will focus on conducting structured on-site assessments to verify that installed systems meet design intent, operational requirements, and quality standards following project completion.


The role is ideally suited to a security professional who is used to contracting short-term with hands-on technical experience who can quickly understand complex environments and provide clear, objective feedback.
